Our Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your DESKLUX order. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
