Returns & Damage
We build DESKLUX systems to last for years. We stand behind every piece that ships. Here's exactly what we cover.
What we cover
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. This includes items broken, cracked, scratched, or dented during shipping; missing pieces from a system order; the wrong product or variant shipped; and manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days of delivery.
What we don't cover
DESKLUX does not offer returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference-based reasons. Please review product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before ordering. Not covered: products that don't match your expectation of color, finish, or style; wear from regular use after delivery; damage caused by liquids, heat, improper use, or modifications; items returned without prior approval from support.
How to file a damage claim
Within 30 days of delivery, email support@desklux.shop with your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos showing the damage or defect (at least 2 angles), and a photo of the shipping box if damage is external. We respond within 48 hours. Once approved, we ship a replacement at no cost. For most cases, you keep the damaged item; we do not require a return shipment.
Processing timeline
Damage claim review happens within 48 hours of submission. Replacement shipment ships within 3 business days of approval. Replacement delivery takes 8 to 10 business days after shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when the item arrives damaged and we cannot source a replacement, when the product is defective and replacement fails a second time, or when an order is cancelled before fulfillment starts (within 12 hours of placement). Refunds process to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered fulfillment. After fulfillment begins, cancellation is not possible; the damage claim process above applies if any issue arises.
